Family: Huge local family, too many to list!

Brief Resume: Began as a label solutions and print broker. Selling products on eBay and through a website that I had created when I was only 17, I soon had a steadily operating business model and by the time I was ready to graduate High School I had decided to continue on and in to a manufacturing of label products. No longer a reseller, I was able to navigate our company through the online marketplace in order to deliver our products to the end user at extremely competitive pricing and industry leading turnaround. By 2010, we now employ close to 20 individuals and have grown almost ten-fold in gross revenue in the past 6 years.

What do you do?: My primary responsibility is to lead our company to the next level of growth and outstanding customer service ability through use of ecommerce and web based software. I perform many duties throughout any given day, but tend to focus my abilities on team leadership, improving the organization's overall productivity, and on taking advantage of marketing opportunities within that relate to our ecommerce business and overall business structure. I find myself constantly seraching for new ideas to add to our never ending list to help our company take the next step forward.

Education: Business Classes at Adirondack Community College (2003-06), Lake George High School Regents (2004)

Community Involvement: Board Memmber, Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (2009-Present). Board Member, ARCC Young Professionals Organization (2009-Present).

Hobbies: Golf, gym, spending time with family

Career aspiration in high school: I don't recall a specific aspiration; I feel that I've always had a sincere desire to start and own a successful organization.

First job: Bussing tables at 12 years old.

How did you become a business owner?: Working in a Marina on Lake George I had always enjoyed cleaning boats and cars for the neighbors and family, and decided I wanted to own a business. By the time I was 16 I had began cleaning and detailing cars and boats for many residents around Lake George on my own and ever since then, I have always taken any entrepreneurial opportunity or idea at hand and done my best to turn it in to a reality.

Five years from now I will be: Owning multiple businesses in complimentary industries.

Favorite Book: Don't have a favorite

Why do you choose to work/live in area?: Grew up here. Low living costs, outstanding growth in the area, and my commitment to my company's success.

Favorite restaurant: It's a toss-up between 677 Prime in Albany, NY or Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Manhattan, NY – but I love a good steak anywhere.

What would you change/add about area?: A desireable meeting place for professionals (ie. Wine bar)

Charitable interests: Critical needs assistance (food, clothing, shelter, medical), Community Economics and Area Growth (Chamber involvement)

What type of business contacts do you seek?: Business owners and or managers of any industry that can relate to the challenges of owning and leading an organization.
